Happy Australia Day

Happy Australia Day - a day late I know but we had a busy one.

Like many Australians we celebrated with family and friends by throwing some lamb on the BBQ!

We decided that our old BBQ had seen better days and given us 10 wonderful years of service - so off we went to buy a new BBQ. Of course some assembly is required which is never an issue for Nito!

So we took the oath to solemnly treat our new BBQ with love by cooking on it several times a week, particularly in our summer months!

Basic but perfect and boy did the lamb taste good!!

HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY - TO ALL AUSTRALIANS NO MATTER WHERE IN THE WORLD YOU ARE - CELEBRATE THIS WONDERFUL COUNTRY - STAND TALL AND PROUD AND FLY OUR FLAG WITH PRIDE!
