Salty is todays theme. There are probably lots of things I could have used, but when I mentioned to Nito that todays theme was salty he said "my sweat after a hard days work". Eeewwwwww! But here is a photo of his 'salty' work cap - he tells me the white is the salt after the sweat has dried - Eeeewwwwwww again!
Who would've thought salty could be so gross!!

Eeww is right! The white stuff is probably salt since sweat contains salt and once the moisture evaporates that salt has to go somewhere. Is there some way to wash that thing? :)

My running hats look the same way - they are totally crusted with salt! I sweat a lot and my sweat is very salty so it accumulates on all my running attire! I even have the white salt caked on my skin after a hard run, or a run in the heat.
